4 Vallees Chalets offer a personal, competitive and flexible service to let and manage your property for you.  We are a Swiss company based in La Tzoumaz in the heart of the 4 Valleys. 

Our services include all aspects of letting, marketing and cleaning, adding the personal touch when dealing with your guests.  We recognise that everyone has different needs with regards to letting their accommodation – you may want to maximise your rental income or enjoy your property for a few weeks yourself.

llées Chalets we built our own chalets - Daim and Coucou. We bought plots directly from land owners and found an excellent local craftsman with whom we designed and then built our chalets to our own specification.

4 Vallées Chalets believes that La Tzoumaz is a brilliant, little known gem on Verbier's doorstep and as such our reasons for investment are for both capital growth as well as income from rentals to cover cost of debt and running of chalets.

4 Vallées Chalets now owns a number of plots in La Tzoumaz including ski in ski out access. These plots are perfect for people who would prefer to be invloved in the process start to finish. 4 Vallées Chalets can assist with the foreign permitting to buy and can put you in touch with local notaries, banks and builders.
