Chalet Staff Vacancy
The Job
- Preparing and serving breakfast, baking cakes for afternoon tea and preparing and cooking 4 course evening meals 6 days a week.
- Contributing to menu designs
- Food hygiene undertaken at all times
- Cleaning, bed making, washing up
- Budget control
- Shopping
- Looking after the guests
- Ration of guests to staff- 12:1, if more than 12 then there is a chalet helper provided.
Requirements
- Catering experience essential- confident cooking for 12+ guests
- All applicants are required to submit a 6 day, 4 course menu plan that they are confident in cooking.
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Food hygiene certificate if possible
- 2nd language very useful- French
- Minimum age 21
- All applicants must have a full UK National Insurance Number, UK bank account and valid Passport

Stamina,
confidence, enthusiasm, good customer service, good conversationalist,
fun loving, outgoing and most importantly hard working.
