Getting to la Tzoumaz

The chalets are less than 2 hours drive from Geneva Airport, and only 20 minutes drive from Sion or Martigny.

Flying:

Easyjet, Ryanair, BA and Air Brussels are just some of the companies offering cheap flights to Geneva.

From the airport:

If you rent a car, La Tzoumaz is under 2 hours drive from Geneva Airport. For about £40 return, you can get a train from the airport to Sion and then a local train to Riddes or get the local bus (click here for times).

Train:

You could get the Eurostar from Waterloo direct to Sion, and then a local train to Riddes.

Driving:

It's motorway all the way from Calais to Sion but allow for toll charges. Each chalet has a double garage, and further room for parking outside if required.

Directions from the airport:

If you have hired a car from the Swiss side of the airport, its easy access onto the motorway and a straightforward drive to the chalet. As you leave the airport, turn left onto the motorway, and follow the green signs for Lausanne (A1, E25, E62). Stay on the motorway, following signs for Simplon (A9). Take junction 24 for Riddes. Follow signs for La Tzoumaz. This is now a mountain road for 15 km. As you enter la Tzoumaz you will see the main lift (telecabine), on your right hand side. Go past this, the chalets are a hundred metres on the right, up a small driveway. It usually takes between 1 ½ and 2 hours drive.
