As this room has limited head room in some parts and 2'6 beds it is ideally suited but not exclusively for children.

The apartment is accessed via a lift from the garage in the basement of the property, where there are also 2 allocated parking spaces.

The garage also houses a private funicular railway. This is for the private use of the St Laurent property and three neighboring chalets. This lift enables you to reach a sufficient height in order to ski down to the main La Tzoumaz ski lift.

The ski storage facilities are located in the basement. These consist of individual lockers with boot dryers.
