Le Petit Sapin is a newly built luxury chalet which can accommodate 8 adults comfortably with the addition of two children in 5 double bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite with a further two shower/bathrooms. The chalet is built in a traditional Swiss style with a slate roof but has all the modern features inside that guests look for. It is the perfect combination of traditional quality meets modern design and comfort. Guests have use of the private funicular which takes skiers directly onto the ski slopes where they can catch the fast telecabine to Verbier in a matter of minutes. There are also two underground parking spaces available with the chalet for guests.

On entering the chalet on the middle level, you arrive through the tiled hallway to the open plan living/dining room with a log burning stove in one corner. Here the flooring is oak to give a warmer feel and the room is surrounded by full length doors and windows with magnificent views across the valley. The wrap around balcony makes it easier for guests to enjoy the view should they wish to sit outside. There is outside lighting for late evenings. The seating is comfortable for 8 adults on comfy sofas and a dining table that should seat 10. A flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player are provided together with sound system for guests to plug in their ipods or CDs. A small collection of DVDs will be available for guests use.

The kitchen is adjacent and has been hand built by a cabinet maker and is fully equipped to cater for all the guests needs. There is a dishwasher, built in microwave, 5 ring electric hob, two ovens, fridge and freezer all of which are set into the handcrafted oak cupboards topped with beautiful granite worksurfaces and red glass wall tiles. There are spot lights for guests to alter the lighting accordingly. There is a separate fridge for drinks and washing machine and dryer downstairs in the technical room which guests are welcome to use should they wish.

On leaving the living room, you go back into the hallway where there is an extra shower room for guests to use from the upstairs accommodation. All the floors are underheated throughout the chalet for comfort including shower rooms and hallways.

Downstairs are two double bedrooms both with lovely views across the rooftops of the apartments below out over the valley. Both bedrooms have ensuites, one an ensuite bathroom and the other is a shower room. Each bathroom has been beautifully but simply furnished with quality fittings in chrome and glass where appropriate.

Upstairs are three further larger double bedrooms where the views are truly magnificent for the two rooms to the front. Oak flooring for each bedroom and one large bathroom to share with overhead shower. The rooms have been furnished to a high standard with beautiful linen for extra comfort. The fifth bedroom has been furnished to be an office as well as playroom for children but can sleep two extra people. Games have been provided to keep big kids and small occupied! A Nintendo Wii with a small collection of games plus some board games.

Two of the bedrooms have small flat screen TVs with satellite connection for those who like to laze in bed or to keep children happy.

The chalet will have wireless broadband connection for those who may need to check emails etc or work! Simply bring your own pc.
